The Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach will begin collection the new Clean Truck Fund rate (CTF) effective April 1, 2022.
As part of the Clean Air Action Plan of 2005, both Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach must transition to zero-emissions truck fleet by 2035. The program will collect a $10 fee per Loaded Twenty-Foot Equivalent container units – TEUs – leaving the ports on drayage trucks.
