Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the Board

Salvatore Stile II is a Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the Board at Alba. With decades of regulatory experience and a keen perspective to forecast market trends, Sal is a relentless advocate for his clients’ success. Damien Stile

Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the Board

Damien Stile is Co-Chairman of the Board at Alba Wheels Up International, LLC. Under his leadership, Alba has become a premium brokerage and supply chain services provider recognized for its trade-sensitive approach and innovative logistics solutions. He brings a strategic, forward-thinking perspective focused on innovation, accountability, and sustainable growth. Damien is a licensed Customs Broker and Certified Customs Specialist. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley University, an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, and completed executive programs at Harvard Business School in M&A and Strategic Negotiations.

Luis Eraña

Chief Executive Officer

Luis has spent more than three decades in corporate leadership roles, most recently as CEO of ProTrans, a Tritium Partners Company, which specializes in third-party logistics for manufacturing supply chains within North America. He led the company to $400 million in sales and grew the staff to more than 1,300 people across three countries.  Prior to ProTrans, Eraña served as CEO of DHL Supply Chain, and with DHL Express Mexico in various leadership roles. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City, Mexico; an Executive Management Program from Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE); and is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Deutsche Post FIRST Choice Academy.

Robert D. Bosley

Chief Financial Officer

Robert D. Bosley brings a wealth of experience in finance and operations, having previously held financial leadership roles in Procter & Gamble, The Fischer Group, Totes-Isotoner, and Serta Simmons. His expertise spans financial planning, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. He is exceptionally well-suited to lead Alba’s mission of delivering innovative customs brokerage and logistics solutions to trade-sensitive industries. Robert’s deep understanding of the CPG sector and proven track record in executive financial management are instrumental in strengthening Alba’s financial strategy and enhancing our service offerings.

Stacey Gallagher-Escoffery

Chief Human Resource Officer

Stacey is a highly experienced human resources executive with an outstanding track record of delivering strategic and future-forward solutions that drive employee engagement, optimize talent management efforts, and enhance overall organizational performance. Possessing long-time experience in leadership roles at Fortune 500 organizations, including Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Bank of New York Mellon, Citi and Merrill Lynch, she has long been recognized as an innovative thought leader who designs and launches comprehensive HR strategies that drive business performance through effective human capital management. Passionate about creating cultures that nurture employee performance, she is adept at fostering work environments rooted in empowerment and enablement. Stacey holds a Master Degree from New York University in Communications.

Brenda Custer-Espeleta

EVP Customs and Trade Compliance

Brenda is a licensed Customs Broker and NCBFAA Certified Customs Specialist with over 30 years of experience in global trade. Before joining Alba, Brenda was the VP of Customs Compliance at Flexport, a global full-service logistics company with a heavy emphasis on new technology. Prior to her role there, Brenda was the VP of Brokerage Operations at CEVA Logistics, responsible for a team of 300 in customs brokerage. Brenda is well-versed many elements of Customs Compliance including Foreign Trade Zone operations, having set up four zones and drafted the operational and compliance procedures. Brenda served as Board member for the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA); a past Director of the Customs Broker and Forwarder Association of Northern California (CBFANC); and a prior member of the CBP Trade Support Network. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude, from Humboldt State University.

Vincent Iacopella

EVP Strategic Growth, President-Government and Trade Relations

For over 30 years, Vince managed global customer relationships in Transpacific markets with cross border imports and exports considered trade-sensitive for USG agencies, such as CBP, FDA, and others. Vince supports strategic development as part of the senior management team, driving growth performance, mergers and acquisitions, new emerging markets, and new service lines such as e-commerce services. Vince is a licensed Customs Broker, past president of the Los Angeles Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association, Chairman of the Pacific Coast Council of Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders, and serves on both the Board of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Governors of the American Association of Exporters and Importers (AAEI).

Tom Marzano

EVP of Operations

Tom Marzano brings over 35 years of experience in logistics and customs brokerage, including more than a decade of leadership at Alba. As a Licensed Customhouse Broker (LCB) and Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), Tom has been a driving force behind Alba’s operational excellence, leveraging his extensive expertise to optimize processes, foster growth, and support the company’s strategic initiatives. His leadership has been integral to Alba’s successful integration of multiple M&A partnerships, ensuring seamless transitions that enhance operational capabilities and deliver consistent value to clients Tom oversees Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, and Domestic Transportation at Alba, with a focus on standardizing operations and implementing efficient, scalable processes across the platform. His commitment to collaboration and operational excellence has been instrumental in driving Alba’s growth and positioning it as a leader in the global logistics sector. Tom’s dedication extends beyond his role at Alba. He is a former President of the JFK Customs Brokers & Freight Forwarders Association and serves on the Board of the National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA.) In 2024, Tom was recognized as the KAAMCO Cargo Person of the Year, a testament to his exceptional contributions to the JFK cargo community and the broader logistics industry. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University

David Hong

VP of Strategy and Integration

David has over 8 years of experience in Strategy and Operations Consulting, specializing in M&A integrations. Prior to joining Alba Wheels Up, David worked for Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young providing strategic M&A consulting services to various corporations including life sciences, tech, and consumer/retail organizations ranging from $100M to $60B to realize their strategic growth ambitions and optimize performance across the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He also performed various commercial & operational due diligences on buy & sell-side deals by analyzing business processes including people/vendors/systems. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University.
