US Ends Tomato Trade Agreement with Mexico-Effective July 14th

next week will see a 20.91% antidumping duty applied to most tomato imports from Mexico – the effective date is Monday, July 14th.  The end to the tomato agreement was communicated by the US Department of Commerce recently and ends a suspension agreement that’s been in place since 1996.
