How the 2026 UFLPA Dashboard Update Impacts Importers and Supply Chains

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) has launched a revamped Forced Labor website, offering improved navigation, expanded compliance resources, and enhanced transparency into enforcement activity under U.S. forced labor laws.

The updated site is designed to help importers, brokers, and other trade stakeholders better understand CBP’s forced labor enforcement framework—and, more importantly, how to remain compliant. A key highlight of the update is the 2026 revision of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Enforcement Statistics Dashboard, a critical tool for tracking enforcement trends.

What’s New: 2026 UFLPA Enforcement Statistics Dashboard

The updated UFLPA Enforcement Statistics Dashboard provides more detailed, transparent, and actionable data related to CBP enforcement activity under the UFLPA. The dashboard tracks shipments that are stopped, released, denied, or pending review due to suspected forced labor concerns—helping stakeholders assess risk and enforcement patterns across industries and supply chains.

To support usability, CBP has also released a UFLPA Enforcement Statistics Dashboard Guide, a step-by-step resource explaining how to navigate and interpret the updated data.

Key Enhancements in the 2026 Update

The revised dashboard introduces several important improvements:

  • More granular enforcement data
Shipments are now counted as individual import transactions, offering a clearer view of enforcement activity.
  • Expanded data filters
    Users can analyze data by:
    • Shipment count or shipment value
    • Fiscal year
    • Industry
    • Exam result
    • Country of origin
    • Commodity classification at the HTS 4-digit level (HTS-4)
  • Interactive analysis tools
Dynamic filters allow users to explore multiple enforcement scenarios and trends.
  • Enhanced visualizations
Line graphs, bar charts, and doughnut charts help visualize enforcement patterns and changes over time.

Scope, Limitations, and Data Protection

It’s important for importers to understand what the dashboard includes—and what it does not:

  • The dashboard only reflects UFLPA enforcement activity.
It does not include data related to:
    • Withhold Release Orders (WROs)
    • Forced labor Findings
    • Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA) actions
  • All data is aggregated to protect sensitive trade and law enforcement information, in accordance with federal law and regulations.

Accessing the Updated Dashboard

The updated UFLPA Enforcement Statistics Dashboard is available here:

The 2026 revision replaces the prior version of the dashboard. The earlier version will no longer be updated and has been archived.

Why This Matters for Importers

Why This Matters for Importers

Forced labor enforcement remains a high-priority focus for CBP, and the enhanced dashboard gives importers greater visibility into enforcement trends by commodity, origin, and industry. Understanding where enforcement activity is concentrated can help companies:

  • Strengthen supplier due diligence
  • Identify higher-risk sourcing regions or commodities
  • Prepare more complete documentation for UFLPA reviews
  • Reduce shipment delays and enforcement risk
