Salvatore Stile II
President

Meet Salvatore “Sal” Stile II, founder and president of Alba Wheels Up® International. As a prominent international shipping and customs clearance company, Alba Wheels Up is committed to striving that their clients’ shipments will always be in compliance so their goods will arrive to market efficiently and reliably—every time. With decades of regulatory experience and a keen perspective to forecast market trends,

Sal is a relentless advocate for his clients’ success. His passion for building strong long-term relationships and providing unparalleled accessibility are intangible benefits that have helped position Alba Wheels Up as a renowned authority in the customs broker and freight forwarding industry. Sal’s vast knowledge of national and international shipping, not to mention the economy, has made him a resource for many of the nation’s leading publications—both industry and mainstream—and he has been sourced in outlets that have included The Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, and Newsday, among others.

Sal appears regularly on the FOX family of networks as an industry expert, and he’s also made appearances on Bloomberg and Newsmax, as well as New York-metro television stations such as WABC-7, WCBS-2 News, and News 12, among others. Sal’s ability to analyze market conditions in freight customs and logistics has positioned him as a prominent consultant to hedge funds and private equity groups who look to him for market insights and the improvement of their own businesses.

Sal holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance and Financial Management from Bentley University. His strong business background and deeply rooted love for entrepreneurship are driving factors in his continuing efforts to build the company up to even greater success. But Sal isn’t all about business. He believes part of being successful is sharing that success with others. As part of his self-sponsored “Send a Student Home” for a special Thanksgiving program, he has put the magic back into the holidays by covering the travel costs for eligible Bentley students, who—without his generosity—would otherwise not have the opportunity to spend Thanksgiving with their families.

As part of this pay it forward cause, in addition to students meeting certain criteria, Sal includes one specific request—that the student find a family in their hometown that is in need of a Thanksgiving meal. In keeping with his philanthropic values—and paying forward his love for sales—Sal made a substantial gift to Bentley University by establishing the annual sales competition within the professional sales degree program’s annual sales competition, where undergraduate students compete for the top spot in a live sales pitch. Aside from the running of his business, Sal says his greatest accomplishment is being a dad and maintaining strong ties with his friends and family.
