Damien Stile
Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the Board
Damien Stile is Co-Chairman of the Board at Alba Wheels Up International, LLC. Under his leadership, Alba has become a premium brokerage and supply chain services provider recognized for its trade-sensitive approach and innovative logistics solutions. He brings a strategic, forward-thinking perspective focused on innovation, accountability, and sustainable growth. Damien is a licensed Customs Broker and Certified Customs Specialist. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley University, an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, and completed executive programs at Harvard Business School in M&A and Strategic Negotiations.
Robert D. Bosley
Chief Financial Officer
Robert D. Bosley brings a wealth of experience in finance and operations, having previously held financial leadership roles in Procter & Gamble, The Fischer Group, Totes-Isotoner, and Serta Simmons. His expertise spans financial planning, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. He is exceptionally well-suited to lead Alba’s mission of delivering innovative customs brokerage and logistics solutions to trade-sensitive industries. Robert’s deep understanding of the CPG sector and proven track record in executive financial management are instrumental in strengthening Alba’s financial strategy and enhancing our service offerings.
Luis Eraña
Chief Executive Officer
Luis has spent more than three decades in corporate leadership roles, most recently as CEO of ProTrans, a Tritium Partners Company, which specializes in third-party logistics for manufacturing supply chains within North America. He led the company to $400 million in sales and grew the staff to more than 1,300 people across three countries. Prior to ProTrans, Eraña served as CEO of DHL Supply Chain, and with DHL Express Mexico in various leadership roles. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City, Mexico; an Executive Management Program from Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE); and is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Deutsche Post FIRST Choice Academy.
Alex Kleinschmidt
EVP of Sales, Marketing and Account Management.
Alexandra Kleinschmidt is a Licensed Customs Broker with 20 years of progressive experience in international trade and logistics, most recently as the Vice President of Sales for the Americas at PSA BDP, leading a team of over 40 commercial executives in the region. Prior to PSA BDP, she served as the Corporate License Holder and VP of Customs Brokerage and Trade Consulting for Crane Worldwide. She has held leadership positions across both operational and commercial disciplines, with core expertise in Customs Brokerage, Trade Consulting, Project & Heavy Lift Forwarding, and Ocean Transportation. Having lived and worked across South America, Europe, and Asia, Alex is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, and brings a multilingual and multicultural perspective to complex global supply chain challenges. Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Loyola University in New Orleans.
Vincent Iacopella
Chief Strategy Officer
For over 30 years, Vince managed global customer relationships in Transpacific markets with cross border imports and exports considered trade-sensitive for USG agencies, such as CBP, FDA, and others. Vince supports strategic development as part of the senior management team, driving growth performance, mergers and acquisitions, new emerging markets, and new service lines such as e-commerce services. Vince is a licensed Customs Broker, past president of the Los Angeles Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association, Chairman of the Pacific Coast Council of Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders, and serves on both the Board of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Governors of the American Association of Exporters and Importers (AAEI).
Bethany Rocheleau
Chief Operating Officer
Bethany Rocheleau is a Licensed Customs Broker with extensive executive leadership experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, and regulated logistics operations. Her leadership supports Alba’s continued commitment to excellence and growth in an evolving global trade environment. Prior to joining Alba, Bethany spent a long tenure at FedEx, most recently serving as Vice President of Express Brokerage Operations, where she oversaw large-scale brokerage operations and highly regulated logistics services. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening compliance frameworks, and driving operational improvements across complex brokerage environments. Bethany’s operational excellence approach and focus on client satisfaction reflect her commitment to delivering stability, consistency, and specialized expertise across integrated customs and logistics platforms.
