The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has issued a Federal Register Notice announcing that the present 15 percent tariff applicable to Chinese goods on List 4A will be reduced to 7.5 percent as of Feb. 14. This comes as a result of the U.S. China Phase One Trade Agreement signed on Jan. 15 in Washington.
